Accurate billing

Self-reading allows you to provide accurate data on energy consumption. This allows us to calculate your bill more precisely, avoiding rough estimates that could lead to incorrect billing.

Consumption control

Carrying out a self-reading allows you to keep your energy consumption under control. You can monitor your monthly consumption more closely and take steps to optimize your home's energy efficiency.

Transparency and trust

Self-reading promotes greater transparency in the billing process. You can personally check your consumption and have greater confidence in calculating your bills.

Audax Renewables provides a self-reading service active only on the last five days of each month.

You can communicate the data using one of the following methods:

to. via the AUTOMATIC SELF READING SERVICE:

by calling the number 011.9653739 during the designated period, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 (excluding national holidays), and typing the appropriate key from the speaker tree, you can enter your natural gas self-reading and/or electricity by following the instructions in the guide voice.

b. via the CUSTOMER AREA and the APP:

it is possible to enter the readings independently, during the period set up in the new My Audax Customer Area or on the My Audax App, available for iOS and Android.

c. via a CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR:

by calling Customer Service during the designated period on the landline number 011.9653739 active from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 (excluding national holidays), or on the toll-free number 800.595.455 active from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 :00 (excluding national holidays), you can communicate your readings directly to an operator.
