NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF BUSINESS BRANCH

We inform you that, with a deed of the Notary Ciro De Vivo in Milan, n. repertoire 27163/16198 of 31 July 2015, the company Audax Energia Srl has purchased, with legal effects starting from 1 August 2015 (hereinafter the "Effective date"), by the company Compagnia Energetica Italiana SpA, with registered office in Milan, Piazza E. Duse n. 2, tax code and VAT number no. 07824790963 (hereinafter, “CEI”), the business branch consisting of goods and services organized for the sale of gas and electricity to retail customers (hereinafter, the “Transfer”), including electricity and/or gas supply contracts signed by domestic and retail customers with the aforementioned CEI. Following this transfer of the company branch and pursuant to the current Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and GDPR EU Reg. 679/2016), Audax also takes over ownership of the personal data already subject to processing by the CEI, pending the transfer to Audax itself of the personal data already subject to processing by the CEI.
