La diffusione del COVID-19 ha portato aziende pubbliche e private ad adottare pratiche di questo tipo con l\u2019obiettivo di garantire la salute dei lavoratori e la continuit\u00e0 del servizio. Ma lo Smart Working \u00e8 qualcosa che va oltre l\u2019emergenza, ponendosi a tutti gli effetti quale importante occasione per ripensare in positivo e soddisfacente il proprio modo di lavorare.
